A small quantity generator shall be a generator that:

1. (a) Generates, in a calendar month:

   1. (1) Greater than 100 kilograms or 220 pounds and less than 1,000 kilograms or 2,200 pounds of non-acutely hazardous waste;
   2. (2) Less than or equal to one kilogram or 2.2 pounds of acutely hazardous waste; and
   3. (3) Less than or equal to 100 kilograms or 220 pounds of any residue or contaminated soil, waste, or other debris resulting from the cleanup of a spill of any acutely hazardous waste; and

2. (b) Accumulates at all times less than or equal to:

   1. (1) Six thousand kilograms or 13,200 pounds of non-acutely hazardous waste;
   2. (2) One kilogram or 2.2 pounds of acutely hazardous waste; and
   3. (3) One hundred kilograms or 220 pounds of any residue or contaminated soil, waste, or other debris resulting from the cleanup of a spill of any acutely hazardous waste.
