Any residue or contaminated soil, water, or other debris resulting from the spill or cleanup of a spill into or on any land or water of any hazardous waste or any material listed in Env-Hw 402 shall be regulated as a hazardous waste mixture in accordance with Env-Hw 401.01(b)(2).
