- (a) The determination that used oil that is to be burned for energy recovery meets the fuel specifications of Env-Hw 1404.02 shall be made by performing analyses or obtaining copies of analyses or other information documenting that the used oil fuel meets the specifications, such as a description of the process generating the waste, safety data sheets, and other information material to the determination.
- (b) Copies of analyses of the used oil or other information used to make the determination in (a), above, shall be kept as specified in Env-Hw 1410.07(a).
