A used oil fuel marketer shall comply with the requirements of Env-Hw 1405, Env-Hw 1410.03 through Env-Hw 1410.07, and, as applicable:

1. (a) Env-Hw 1406 for generating used oil;
2. (b) Env-Hw 1407 for transporting used oil and operating a used oil transfer facility;
3. (c) Env-Hw 1408 for processing or re-refining used oil; and
4. (d) Env-Hw 1409 for burning used oil for energy recovery.
