- (a) Except as provided in (b), below, a used oil burner shall only process used oil if they also comply with the requirements of Env-Hw 1408.
- (b) A used oil burner may only aggregate off-specification used oil with virgin oil or on-specification used oil for purposes of burning, and shall not aggregate such oils for purposes of producing on-specification used oil.
