Used oil burners shall comply with the requirements of Env-Hw 1405 and, as applicable:
- (a) Env-Hw 1409.03 through Env-Hw 1409.09;
- (b) Env-A 1600 for fuel specifications and Env-A 2000 for fuel burning devices;
- (c) Env-Hw 1406 for generating used oil;
- (d) Env-Hw 1407 for transporting used oil and operating a used oil transfer facility;
- (e) Env-Hw 1408 for processing or re-refining used oil, except as provided under Env-Hw 1409.04(b); and
- (f) Env-Hw 1410 for acting as a used oil fuel marketer.
