(a) A used oil transporter shall deliver all used oil received to the following entities provided the entity has obtained an EPA identification number:
- (1) Another used oil transporter, subject to (b), below;
- (2) A used oil processor/re-refiner; or
- (3) A used oil burner.
(b) For the purposes of (a)(1), above, if the transfer occurs within New Hampshire:
- (1) The used oil transporter receiving the used oil shall also possess a current and valid New Hampshire hazardous waste transporter registration; and
- (2) The transfer shall occur at either a used oil transfer facility or a permitted hazardous waste transfer facility.
- (c) If a shipment of used oil subject to regulation under this chapter is accompanied by a manifest, the NH01 hazardous waste number shall not be recorded on the manifest.
