Used oil transporters shall comply with the requirements of Env-Hw 1405 and, as applicable:
- (a) Env-Hw 1407.03 through Env-Hw 1407.09;
- (b) Env-Hw 602, Env-Hw 609, and Env-Hw 610 for hazardous waste transporter registration and notification;
- (c) Env-Hw 603.02, Env-Hw 603.03, Env-Hw 603.05, Env-Hw 603.07, and Env-Hw 603.08 for vehicle identification, security, and safety;
- (d) US DOT regulations in 49 CFR parts 171 through 180;
- (e) Rules adopted by the New Hampshire department of safety;
- (f) Env-Hw 1406 for generating used oil;
- (g) Env-Hw 1408 for processing or re-refining used oil, except as provided under Env-Hw 1407.03;
- (h) Env-Hw 1409 for burning used oil for energy recovery; and
- (i) Env-Hw 1410 for acting as a used oil fuel marketer.
