Used oil generators, household DIY used oil collection centers, commercial used oil collection centers, and used oil aggregation points shall comply with the requirements of Env-Hw 1405 and, as applicable:
- (a) Env-Hw 1406.03 through Env-Hw 1406.07;
- (b) Env-Hw 1407 for transporting used oil and operating a used oil transfer facility, except as provided under Env-Hw 1406.05(c) and (d);
- (c) Env-Hw 1408 for processing or re-refining used oil, except as provided under Env-Hw 1406.03;
- (d) Env-Hw 1409 for burning used oil for energy recovery, except as provided under Env-Hw 1406.04; and
- (e) Env-Hw 1410 for acting as a used oil fuel marketer.
