- (a) Used oil shall not be managed in surface impoundments or waste piles unless the units are subject to Env-Hw 300 and Env-Hw 700.
- (b) Used oil shall not be applied to roads or other land areas for the purpose of dust suppression or any other reason. Use of used oil for such purposes shall be deemed to be disposal of NH01 listed hazardous waste.
- (c) Used oil shall not be used as an automotive undercoating.
