- (a) Subject to the amendments specified in (b), below, the provisions in 40 CFR 279.10(g) are incorporated by reference and shall apply to used oil introduced into crude oil pipelines or a petroleum refining facility.
(b) The following amendments shall apply to the incorporated requirements:
- (1) Amend 40 CFR 279.10(g)(1) through (g)(6) by replacing each occurrence of “this part” with “this chapter”; and
- (2) Amend 40 CFR 279.10(g)(4) by replacing “§ 279.11” with “Env-Hw 1404.02”.
