Labeling/Marking of Batteries

A universal waste handler of batteries shall clearly label or mark each universal waste battery or container holding batteries with any or all of the following:

(a) "Universal Waste - Battery(ies)";
(b) "Waste Battery(ies)"; or
(c) "Used Battery(ies)."
