This part shall not apply to a very large quantity handler that manages universal waste batteries only. Any such universal waste handler shall be regulated as a large quantity handler under Env-Hw 1104, provided that the universal waste handler shall identify itself as a very large quantity handler on the notification required by Env-Hw 1104.03.
