(a) The department shall review each application for HWCF monies for household DIY used oil collection centers to determine whether:
- (1) The application contains all the information and documents required by Env-Hw 1004.03; and
- (2) The project described in the application is consistent with RSA 147-B:13 and Env-Hw 1004.02.
- (b) If the application does not meet the criteria in (a), above, the department shall notify the applicant and provide the reasons the application does not meet the criteria.
- (c) The department shall approve an application if it meets the criteria in (a), above.
- (d) If an application is approved, the applicant shall be eligible to receive HWCF monies in the form of a grant award pursuant to Env-Hw 1004.05 through Env-Hw 1004.07.
