An eligible applicant, as specified in Env-Hw 1004.02, seeking HWCF monies for a household DIY used oil collection center shall:
- (a) Complete and submit Form HWM-9 “Household Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Used Oil Collection Center Grant Application” as amended February 2026; and
- (b) If the applicant is required to register with the New Hampshire secretary of state, submit a current certificate of good standing.
