- (a) Fees required by law to be deposited in the HWCF shall be deposited with the treasurer, state of New Hampshire as specified in RSA 147-B:3.
- (b) Expenditures of HWCF monies by the department shall be accounted for as specified in RSA 147-B:6, I-a through I-g.
