“Used oil” means “used oil” as defined in RSA 147-B:2, XIII, as reprinted in Appendix C. The term includes oils used as lubricants, non-contact heat transfer fluids, emulsions, hydraulic fluids, and similar uses, but does not include materials that are commercial chemical products intended for use as fuels, cleaning agents, solvents, or wood preservatives.
