“Acutely hazardous waste” means hazardous wastes that meet the listing criteria in 40 CFR 261.11(a)(2) or Env-Hw 405.02(a) and therefore are either listed in Env-Hw 402.06 with the assigned hazard code of “(H)” or are listed in Env-Hw 402.04.
