(a) The inventory report submitted as required by Env-Dw 901.15(b) shall include:
- (1) The information required by RSA 485-C:8, II; and
- (2) A description of how the inventory was performed and what sources were used to ensure its completeness.
- (b) If the groundwater is reclassified as requested, the local entity shall provide a copy of an inventory report to the department every 3 years that has been updated based on the inspections required by RSA 485-C:8, III(c).
- (c) The local entity shall submit each inventory report in an electronic format to the department.
