The O/O shall use the statements specified in this part, as applicable, as the statement required by Env-Dw 801.03(a)(3) to describe the adverse health effects for the synthetic organic chemical (SOC) contaminants specified in Env-Dw 705.02 and the per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contaminants specified in Env-Dw 705.06.
