(a) Unless otherwise specified in the treatment approval, the PWS owner shall collect a sample of treated water and have the sample tested for the contaminant(s) from each non-central treatment device:
- (1) Within 90 days of initial installation; and
- (2) Annually thereafter as specified in the PWS’s sampling schedule provided by the department in accordance with Env-Dw 708.
- (b) If any result from any non-central treatment device exceeds the MCL for the contaminant being treated, the PWS owner shall submit flow and maintenance records and results from all non-central treatment devices installed at that PWS to the department to collaboratively determine the frequency of subsequent monitoring of that device.
- (c) Compliance shall be determined for each device based on the running annual average of results from samples collected at each non-central treatment device.
