For purposes of this part, the following definitions shall apply:

1. (a) “Compliance monitoring data portal (CMDP)” means the data portal created and maintained by the US EPA to collect data required under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act;
2. (b) “Electronic reporting system for drinking water monitoring data” means the electronic data collection system implemented by the department to collect PWS monitoring data prior to the CMDP becoming available; and
3. (c) “Third-party laboratory” means a laboratory that is not owned or otherwise controlled by the O/O.
