The O/O of a water system that is subject to this part shall comply with the tap water monitoring requirements for lead and copper specified in 40 CFR §141.86, 7-1-16 edition, provided that the samples shall be taken at the sampling points specified in the sampling schedule established pursuant to Env-Dw 708.01 through Env-Dw 708.04.
