(a) Each PWS, including a community water system, and privately owned redistribution system with exterior distribution piping shall maintain and update, on an annual basis and based on the best information available to the owner, the water system’s:
- (1) Record drawings, which shall conform to the requirements listed in Env-Dw 405.33(d) regardless of service population; and
- (2) The location records.
- (b) Information that has not been positively confirmed shall be noted as estimated on all records.
- (c) Paper copies, digital copies, or both, if available, of the PWS’s record drawings and tie location records shall be available to the department for review and use in preparing state-wide digital drawings and records.
