- (a) Each owner of a PWS shall promptly repair and fully maintain the operational readiness of the PWS.
(b) The actions required by (a) above, shall include:
- (1) The preparation and implementation of a preventative maintenance program, following the minimum guidelines established in Env-Dw 504; and
- (2) The prompt repair or replacement of PWS components that have failed or are otherwise not performing as intended.
