The owner of a PWS shall:
- (a) Provide the notice required by Env-Dw 503.02(d), and Env-Dw 503.03 through Env-Dw 503.07, by email or, if email is not feasible, by postal mail, messenger, hand, or other means of delivery; and
- (b) Follow up to confirm delivery, if the method of delivery does not automatically provide confirmation.
