- (a) The required minimum total source capacity for non-community water systems shall be not less than 1.5 times the system’s design flow based on a 24-hour day.
- (b) If the design flow exceeds 13,500 gpd, the PWS shall have a minimum of 2 active wells or an interconnection to another PWS.
