- (a) No person shall connect a new or existing well that is intended to serve a PWS without prior approval obtained in accordance with this part.
- (b) Any existing water supply source for a PWS that has not previously been approved by the department shall meet the requirements specified in this part.
- (c) No person shall commence operation of a PWS or connect to any other PWS without obtaining approval for the final design in accordance with Env-Dw 406.10 and without completing the post- construction procedures required by Env-Dw 406.27.
