The water quality monitoring plan required by Env- Dw 405.23(f)(11) shall:
- (a) Identify recommended operational raw water test parameters and sampling frequencies; and
- (b) Identify recommended operational finished water test parameters and sampling frequencies in addition to compliance monitoring required in accordance with Env-Dw 701 through Env-Dw 719, as applicable.
