- (a) Water quality sampling for new, hydrofractured, or deepened community wells shall comply with Env-Dw 302 or Env-Dw 305, as applicable.
- (b) The collection date of the samples taken in accordance with (a) above, shall be no greater than 6 months prior to the time the final design application is submitted to the department.
- (c) Samples taken in accordance with (a) above, shall be taken after at least 3 well volumes have been pumped from the well.
- (d) The owner shall have the laboratory results submitted to the department as originals or copies of the originals. Re-typing or re-writing the data shall not be acceptable.
