- (a) The purpose of the SPA shall be to protect the long-term quality of each PWS well.
- (b) The SPA for any well supplying water to small CWSs shall be established in accordance with Env-Dw 302 or Env-Dw 305, as applicable.
- (c) Land use within the SPA for small CWSs shall be in accordance with Env-Dw 302, Env-Dw 305, or both as applicable.
- (d) Notwithstanding the requirements of Env-Dw 302 and Env-Dw 305, no well connected to a PWS shall be located closer to an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank than the applicable distances specified in Env-Or 300 and Env-Or 400, as applicable.
