- (a) No person shall connect a new or existing well to a small CWS without prior approval obtained in accordance with Env-Dw 302 or Env-Dw 305, as applicable, and this part.
- (b) Any existing water supply source for a small CWS that has not previously been approved by the department shall meet the requirements specified in Env-Dw 302 or Env-Dw 305, as applicable.
- (c) No person shall commence operation of a small CWS or connect a small CWS to any other PWS without obtaining approval for the final design in accordance with Env-Dw 405.10 and without completing the post-construction procedures required by Env-Dw 405.29.
