- (a) Any applicant or supplier of water who would be adversely impacted by the strict application of a rule in this part and who wishes to request a waiver of the rule shall do so in accordance with Env-Dw 202.
- (b) Waivers shall not be granted for requests that pose a direct risk to public health, including, but not limited to, improper well construction, solitary wells where multiple wells are required, failure to comply with water quality standards, or inadequate integrity of the water storage tank(s).
