Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to support the work of the drinking water and groundwater advisory commission (commission) by establishing criteria and procedures for:
(a) Administering a competitive grant program for drinking water protection projects; and
(b) Administering the revolving loan fund established by RSA 485-F.
