- (a) The O/O of a residential PORS serving 25 to 1,000 persons may submit a written request to the department for a reduction in monitoring frequency in accordance with Env-Dw 709.06, provided that any reference to “CWS” shall be deemed to mean “PORS”.
(b) The O/O of a non-residential PORS may submit a written request to the department for a reduction in monitoring frequency in accordance with Env-Dw 709.12, provided that:
- (1) Any reference to “seasonal system” shall be deemed to mean “PORS”; and
- (2) The qualifier in Env-Dw 709.12(a) shall not apply.
