- (a) Design flows shall be determined as specified in Env-Dw 405.10, provided that any reference to “small community water system” shall be deemed to mean “privately owned redistribution system”.
- (b) Design criteria for water distribution piping extensions shall be as specified in Env-Dw 405.31-33, provided that any reference to “small community water system” or “water system” shall be deemed to mean “privately owned redistribution system”.
