1. (a) The laboratory shall meet the outside support and supplies requirements as specified in Volume 1, Module 2, Section 4.6 of the TNI standards.
2. (b) The laboratory shall meet the subcontracting of environmental tests requirements as specified in Volume 1 Module 2 Section 4.5 of the TNI standards.

3. (c) When a laboratory subcontracts environmental tests, the laboratory shall:

   1. (1) Be responsible to the customer for the subcontractor’s work; and
   2. (2) Communicate to the client any failure to meet the client’s data quality objectives.
