1. (a) Any accredited laboratory wishing to renew its accreditation shall submit an application for renewal to the department in accordance with this section.

2. (b) The application for renewal of primary accreditation shall:

   1. (1) Comply with Env-C 303.01; and
   2. (2) Be submitted to the department prior to the expiration date of the current accreditation.

3. (c) The application for renewal of secondary accreditation shall:

   1. (1) Comply with Env-C 303.11 through Env-C 303.15; and
   2. (2) Be submitted to the department prior to the expiration date of the current accreditation.
