1. (a) Any owner or operator of a stationary source, area source, or device that is subject to this chapter shall:

   1. (1) Maintain the required records on file for a minimum of 5 years; and
   2. (2) Make the required records available to the department upon request.

2. (b) The owner or operator of a stationary source, area source, or device that discharges air pollutants into the ambient air and is exempt under Env-A 903.01(b) from the general recordkeeping requirements of this chapter shall maintain any records relating to:

   1. (1) Production data;
   2. (2) Material usage;
   3. (3) Equipment manufacturer’s specifications;
   4. (4) Material safety data sheets;
   5. (5) Fuel consumption; and
   6. (6) Such other similar records, data, and information.
3. (c) A stationary source, area source, or device that is subject to Env-A 1400 shall maintain records in accordance with the applicable method used to demonstrate compliance pursuant to Env-A 1405.
