1. (a) If the applicant is not a municipality, the applicant shall file 2 copies of the permit application with the department.
2. (b) If the applicant is a municipality, the applicant shall file one copy of the permit application with the department and shall make another copy available to the public for review.
3. (c) If the applicant is not a municipality, the department shall deliver one copy of the permit application to the municipality in which the source is or will be located.

4. (d) To the extent permitted by RSA 125-C:6, VII, and Env-C 208, the department shall make the following information available to the public for inspection:

   1. (1) All applications and other forms or information submitted by the applicant in support of a permit application;
   2. (2) All correspondence with regard to an application and any attachments thereto;
   3. (3) Written comments received during the comment period provided in Env-A 621.02(d)(5); and
   4. (4) All temporary permits or permits to operate or other determinations of the department.
5. (e) The department shall provide copies of the information listed above upon request.
