The department shall provide the following information to EPA for its review pertaining to the proposed general state permit established for each source category:

1. (a) A copy of the public notice and the proposed general state permit, within 10 days of completion of the proposal by the department;
2. (b) All written correspondence received by the department relative to the petition for the establishment of the source category pursuant to Env-A 610.05, upon request; and

3. (c) Within 10 days of the department’s decision to issue or deny the proposed general state permit, either:

   1. (1) A copy of the final permit if established, and the findings that support the decision to establish; or
   2. (2) A copy of the findings that support the decision to deny.
