Applicability

This chapter shall apply to the owner or operator of the following sources:

(a) Eversource facilities MK1, MK2, MKCT1, MKCT2, SR4 through SR6, SRCT1, NT1, WL1, and LN1;
(b) Granite Ridge Energy; and
(c) Newington Energy.
