The primary and secondary ambient air quality standards for lead and its compounds, CAS # 7439-92-1, shall be as follows:

1. (a) The primary ambient air quality standard for lead shall be 0.15 μg/m3, 3-month arithmetic mean concentration; and
2. (b) The secondary ambient air quality standard for lead shall be the same as the primary ambient air quality standard for lead designated in (a), above.
