1. (a) A non-refundable application fee shall accompany each license or certification application.

2. (b) The non-refundable application fees for each category of license and certification shall be as follows:

   1. (1) For an asbestos abatement entity:

      1. a. An initial fee for each application as follows:

         1. 1. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $1,400; and
         2. 2. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $2,000;

      2. b. A renewal fee for each application as follows:

         1. 1. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $1,100; and
         2. 2. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $1,500;

   2. (2) For an asbestos abatement site supervisor, a fee for each application as follows:

      1. a. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $300; and
      2. b. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $400;

   3. (3) For an asbestos abatement worker, a fee for each application as follows:

      1. a. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $75; and
      2. b. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $100;

   4. (4) For an asbestos inspector, a fee for each application as follows:

      1. a. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $300; and
      2. b. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $400;

   5. (5) For an asbestos management planner, a fee for each application as follows:

      1. a. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $300; and
      2. b. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $400;

   6. (6) For an asbestos abatement project designer, a fee for each application as follows:

      1. a. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $300; and
      2. b. For applications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $400;

   7. (7) For an application for a combination certification, as specified in Env-A 1815.03(b), a fee as follows:

      1. a. For applications submitted in calendar year 2026, $300 for the first application and $75 for each additional application submitted at the same time; and
      2. b. For applications submitted in in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $400 for the first application and $100 for each additional application submitted at the same time; and
   8. (8) For replacement of a license or certification, no fee for the first replacement and a fee of $20 for each subsequent replacement.
3. (c) The fees specified in (b) above, shall apply based on the date of submittal of the application.
