1. (a) The owner or operator providing notification to the department shall also submit the nonrefundable fee specified in (b), below, as applicable, with the notification.

2. (b) Notification fees shall be nonrefundable and as follows:

   1. (1) For each notification of a type A project:

      1. a. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2026, $575; and
      2. b. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $725;

   2. (2) For each notification of a type B project:

      1. a. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2026, $450; and
      2. b. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $600;

   3. (3) For each notification of a type C project:

      1. a. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2026, $100; and
      2. b. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $125;

   4. (4) For each annual notification, pursuant to Env-A 1806.09:

      1. a. For notifications submitted for calendar year 2026, $1,500;
      2. b. For notifications submitted for calendar year 2027, $2,000; and
      3. c. For notifications submitted for calendar year 2028 and subsequent years, $2,500; and

   5. (5) For each revised notification pursuant to Env-A 1806.04(a)(1) through (a)(8), and Env-A 1806.05(f) and (g):

      1. a. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2026, $40; and
      2. b. For notifications submitted in calendar year 2027 and subsequent years, $60.

3. (c) The following activities shall not be assessed a fee:

   1. (1) Minor asbestos abatement, as defined pursuant to Env-A 1806.01;
   2. (2) Initial demolition notification, pursuant to Env-A 1806.05;
   3. (3) Initial ordered demolition, pursuant to Env-A 1806.05(e); and
   4. (4) Transport for disposal, pursuant to Env-A 1806.07.
