N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 1310.04 – Emission Standards for Wallboard Manufacturing Facilities Firing Oil

For wallboard dryers, calcining mills, calciners, and gypsum rock dryers firing fuel oil, the NOx RACT requirements shall be as follows:

(a) When firing No. 2 fuel oil:
1. (1) An emission limit of 0.10 lb. per million Btu, based on an hourly average; or
2. (2) Implement NOx RACT control technology as specified in Env-A 1310.02(b); and
(b) When firing No. 4, No. 5, or No. 6 fuel oil:
1. (1) An emission limit of 0.30 lb. per million Btu, based on a 24-hour calendar day average; or
2. (2) Implement NOx RACT control technology as specified in Env-A 1310.02(b).
