For wet-bottom boilers that are subject to Env-A 1305.09(a) and fire coal or are capable of firing coal, whether by itself or in combination with any other fuel(s), the NOx RACT requirements shall be as follows:

1. (a) For tangential or face-fired boilers, an emission limit of 1.0 lb. per million Btu, based on a 24-hour calendar day average; and
2. (b) For cyclone-fired boilers, an emission limit of 0.92 lb. per million Btu, based on a 24-hour calendar day average.
