The NOx RACT requirements for boilers that are subject to Env-A 1305.03(a) and fire wood fuel, or are capable of firing wood fuel, whether alone or in combination with oil, shall be as follows:

1. (a) For boilers equipped with a traveling, shaker, or vibrating grate, an emission limit of 0.33 lb. per million Btu, based on a 24-hour calendar day average; and
2. (b) For boilers equipped with a stationary grate, an emission limit of 0.25 lb. per million Btu based on a 24-hour calendar day average.
