Each owner or operator of a wood furniture coating source shall develop an organic solvent accounting form to record the following for each calendar month:

1. (a) The quantity and type of organic solvent used for washoff and cleaning;
2. (b) The number of pieces washed off, and the reason for the washoff; and
3. (c) The quantity of spent organic solvent generated from each activity and the quantity of said solvent that is recycled on-site or disposed off-site.
