"Miscellaneous metal and plastic parts and products" means metal and plastic components other than those parts and products for which the coating is specifically regulated under this chapter, whether or not pre-assembled, of any kind of industrial or commercial machinery, equipment, or vehicles and any kind of indoor or outdoor machinery, equipment, vehicles, or other products for use by the general population, including but not limited to:

1. (a) Fabricated metal products;
2. (b) Molded plastic parts;
3. (c) Farm machinery;
4. (d) Commercial and industrial machinery and equipment;
5. (e) Automotive or transportation equipment;
6. (f) Interior or exterior automotive parts;
7. (g) Construction equipment;
8. (h) Motor vehicle accessories;
9. (i) Bicycles and sporting goods;
10. (j) Toys;
11. (k) Recreational vehicles;
12. (l) Watercraft;
13. (m) Extruded aluminum structural components;
14. (n) Railroad cars;
15. (o) Heavier vehicles;
16. (p) Lawn and garden equipment;
17. (q) Business machines;
18. (r) Laboratory and medical equipment;
19. (s) Electronic equipment;
20. (t) Steel drums; and
21. (u) Metal pipes.
